Contact – Nzsitereviews

Readers who want to reach Nzsitereviews about a review, an error or a complaint will find here who stands behind the site and the framework its pages are written in.

Who publishes

The name, legal form, address and e-mail for direct contact are available at sitereviewsnz.com, so that the publisher can be identified and approached.

Nature of the site

Nzsitereviews publishes reviews and explanations on racing and sports betting. It does not accept bets, run customer accounts, take money or broker between readers and bookmakers, and none of its forecasts promises a win.

Section 74AAA of the Racing Industry Act 2020 makes TAB NZ the only provider lawfully offering racing and sports betting to people in New Zealand, a position held since 28 June 2025; TAB and Betcha are the online brands. Compliance is supervised by the Department of Internal Affairs. A New Zealand licence for any other bookmaker does not exist because none can be applied for. Betting with TAB NZ is limited to those aged 18 and over.

Reviews, offers and accuracy

Reviews are prepared with care and checked from time to time, but odds, markets and terms of offers move constantly. The provider’s own current terms therefore decide, and Nzsitereviews takes no responsibility for choices made on the basis of its text. Misleading conduct in trade is forbidden by the Fair Trading Act 1986, and the reviews are written with that in view.

Pages linked from the site were reviewed when the link was added. Their later content is not under the site’s influence and remains the responsibility of their owners. A link to unlawful content is taken out once it is reported.

The Copyright Act 1994 protects the site’s texts, tables and graphics. Use beyond fair dealing needs prior written consent from the editors.

Where to find help

Betting can cause harm. Someone who recognises excessive gambling in themselves or a person close to them can contact the Gambling Helpline or Safer Gambling Aotearoa. Deposit limits, bet limits and self-exclusion are described by TAB NZ on its own pages.
